My cuisine is dedicated to tradition and the flavors of our culinary roots, which evoke the gastronomic memory of a country and the affections of the past. Without neglecting the careful selection of ingredients, the techniques passed down from generation to generation, and, finally, the cooking of foods to best preserve their organoleptic characteristics.
