PATRIZIA FORLIN
Born in Vittorio Veneto in 1972, the youngest of four siblings, she inherited her passion for cooking from her mother Angelina and her attention to detail from her father Rodolfo.
After graduating from the hotel management institute in Castelfranco Veneto in 1991, she later earned a degree in Literature and a master's in "Food Culture" from Ca' Foscari University of Venice.
She also attended numerous culinary specialization courses and obtained a sommelier diploma from AIS. Her kitchen experiences began at 15, working in restaurants and in banqueting and catering activities. Later, her now renowned aptitude for cooking led her to guest appearances on famous television programs such as "Uno Mattina", "In famiglia", "Sabato e Domenica Estate", "Geo & Geo", where she presented products and dishes typical of her region.
In 2005, she made her debut on Alice TV with the show "In tavola", and in 2016 became the face of the program "La Casa del Gusto", hosted alongside Cristina Lunardini.
In 2006, she became a founding member, together with chef Fabio Campoli, of the Circolo dei Buongustai, and in 2017 of Azioni Gastronomiche Srl, where she oversees numerous initiatives and events; today, she is a cooking teacher and consultant, as well as the editor of projects such as the magazine Facile Con Gusto and the online cooking school Club Academy.
