This notice is provided in accordance with Art. 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016 - General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation").
**Essential Data:** The personal data collected are essential for providing the requested services and fulfilling contractual obligations.
**THIRD PARTY DATA VOLUNTARILY PROVIDED BY THE USER:** In using certain services, personal data of third parties communicated by you to QUINTO QUARTO may be processed. **LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING AND THE VOLUNTARINESS OF DATA PROVISION:** Your personal data are processed with your consent where necessary, to:

In any case, you always have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority under Art. 77 of the Regulation if you believe that the processing of your data is contrary to the legislation in force.
